Our courses and seminars provide anyone involved in complicated decision making with a solid knowledge base in the area. Theories for decision- and risk analysis are mixed with practical exercises and case studies. All our presenters and instructors have long and solid international experience in leading courses and are at your disposal for questions after the course as well.
The courses consist of three components:
- Theory
- Practical exercises
- Computer support
The theory part gives an overview and description of decision analysis and its advantages and disadvantages as well as an introduction to value- and utility theory. However the courses emphasize on analysing real problems. The courses also introduce computer support in connection to decision making analysis. The objective is to let the course participant discover what kind of decision making support is available and what kind of software and product might be adequate to analyse different types of problems and situations.

An on-site training course is custom designed to address your company's line of business, problems, challenges and knowledge needs in risk and decision analysis. Preference's consultants can also include your company's risk and decision analysis conditions as a part of the practical exercises.
